Ryan Griffith

Ryan, originally residing from New Jersey, moved down to Florida in 2016 to study finance at the University of Central Florida and currently still reside in Orlando.

Focusing on Industrial Sales and Leasing in Central Florida. Ryan focuses on Landlord Agency, local tenant representation, national tenant representation, owner-user sales, and investment sales. Ryan has closed on over $200,000,000 in transactional volume in his career and is consistently educating himself to be more valuable to his team members as well as his clients.

Christopher “CJ” Griffith

Christopher Griffith specializing in industrial properties throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Griffith’s real estate experience started with CBRE in 2018 when he trained with its Industrial & Logistics and Valuation & Advisory teams.

During his time with industrial brokerage, some of Mr. Griffith’s responsibilities included: tracking prospects—including local and regional activity, conducting extensive industry and property research for business development pursuits, and performing market surveys, lease reviews and summaries and financial analyses. He applies his work experience and background in Finance from the University of Central Florida to his position to better assist his client’s.
